When the temperature of the belt conveyor is over the limit due to friction between the drum and the belt, the detection device (transmitter) installed closely to the drum will send out an over temperature signal. After receiving the signal, the receiver will delay by 3s to make part of the operation, cut off the power supply of the motor, and the conveyor will stop automatically to protect the temperature.

The maintenance time of the alarm signal can be adjusted in the range of 3-30s according to the need. If timely measures can be taken to remove the deviation during the alarm period, the conveyor can continue to operate normally.

If you need to stop at any point along the conveyor, you should switch the corresponding position to the middle stop position, belt conveyor will stop immediately. If you need to turn it on again, reset the switch first, and then press the signal switch to signal.
(8) Smoke protection for mine belt conveyor.
When smoke occurs due to belt friction and other reasons in the roadway, the smoke sensor suspended in the roadway will play a role in sending out alarm sound, and after 3s delay, it will protect the circuit, cut off the power supply of the motor and play a role in smoke protection.
