The structure function of large dip Angle belt conveyor is introduced

The structure of the high Angle belt conveyor is a vertical "skirt", with agile rubber waves on both sides of the flat rubber conveyor belt. There are some strength and elasticity diaphragms between the skirt plates, forming a box-shaped barrel, so that the material is continuously transported in the barrel. 1, transmission device: is the power part of the conveyor, it is composed of Y2 series motor, ZJ type shaft mounted reducer and wedge type check.
2. Wavy retaining conveyor belt: It plays a traction and bearing role in the conveyor belt. Corrugated baffle, baffle and baseband constitute the "sluice" container for conveying materials, to achieve large dip Angle conveying.
3. Driving drum: It is the main component of power transmission. The belt runs by the friction between it and the driving drum. 5, reversing drum: used to change the direction of the conveyor belt, reverse drum for the lower surface of the conveyor belt (non-supporting surface).
6. Pressure belt wheel: used to change the direction of the conveyor belt. Pressure belt wheel is used for the conveyor belt surface (supporting surface).
7, bracket roller: the bracket roller of the large Angle belt machine is used to support the lower branch of the conveyor belt on the flange arc, which is supported on the raw edge on both sides of the conveyor belt. Multiple groups of rollers form the arc part to change the direction of the conveyor belt. The rollers are supported by the cantilever.
8. Flapping wheel cleaning device: used to flap the back of the conveyor belt and shoot down the materials attached to the conveyor belt.
9. Vertical roller: The vertical roller is used to limit the deviation of the conveyor belt and is installed on the frame of the upper and lower transition section. Each filter segment has four on the frame, two at the top and two at the bottom.
10, tension device, its function is:
(1) Make the large dip Angle belt conveyor with enough tension to ensure that the conveyor belt and the driving drum do not slip.
(2) Limit the sagging of the conveyor belt between the supports, so that the conveyor belt can operate normally. This series adopts screw tensioner.
11, frame, head funnel, head guard, guide groove, middle frame, middle frame leg, etc., respectively in the conveyor support, dust resistance, guidance. There are three types of middle support legs in this series: low, medium and high. Only low middle bracket legs are provided in the lower horizontal section and the inclined section, and different middle bracket legs (low, medium and high) are provided in the upper and lower horizontal section according to different head brackets (low, medium and high).

Namely, the upper horizontal section, the lower horizontal section and the inclined section, the lower horizontal section feeding, the upper horizontal section discharging. The upper horizontal section and inclined section are connected by convex arc frame, and the lower horizontal section and inclined section are connected by concave arc frame to realize the smooth transition of conveyor belt.
