How is the conveyor belt connected to the seamless joint?

Conveyor belt docking seamless joint is generally hot sulfur (chemical symbol: S) joint. The high-dip corrugated sidewall belt is composed of three parts: base belt, sidewall and baffle. Hot sulfur (chemical symbol: S) Chemical connection process:
1 Surface treatment (chǔlǐ) : The conveyor belt connector is made into a beveled ladder cover connector by the lap length of 1/2 bandwidth, and the surface of the connector is then roughened and cleaned, decontaminated and dried with a cleaning agent. The temperature of the material transported by the supporting roller is generally lower than 60℃. The length and assembly form of the machine can be determined according to user's requirements. The transmission device can be an electric drum or a transmission device with a transmission frame.
2 Gluing: apply the vulcanized glue (jūn yun) evenly on the joint surface and sulfur (chemical symbol: S) chemical film once or twice. After the solution evaporates until the glue surface is basically dry, stick the vulcanized rubber film on the surface of the film. On the joint surface coated with vulcanized glue, paste the buffer strip at the gap of the same cloth layer. If the glue is not dry, bubbles will be produced, resulting in poor bonding performance.
3 Coating pressure: After the glue solvent evaporates to the glue surface is basically dry, the two ends will be glued together. Headless conveyor belt refers to the flat conveyor belt after the production is completed, because of the use environment or conditions must be used, the flat conveyor belt will vulcanize, the film on both sides of the same degree of loosening. Align, align with the center line. After bonding, roll well to prevent air bubbles from building up and heat two pieces. When pressing, pay attention not to make the joint shift, the pressure should be uniform.
4 Heating vulcanization: install vulcanization device. Mine conveyor belt is mainly used for coal transport, but also for metallurgy, chemical, power plant, dock and other industries of material transport. This machine has a large capacity and high efficiency. Preheat, pressure and heat. When the temperature reaches 80℃, the pressure is required to reach 1.0-2.0MPa, and then stop pressurizing and continue heating. When the temperature rises to 145℃, the timer will start. Keep the constant temperature between 145℃ and 150℃. After 45 minutes, the heating will stop immediately and cool down to room temperature.
5 pruning. After the joint returns to normal temperature, remove the heating device and shave to make the joint surface smooth, smooth and clean. The temperature of the material transported by the supporting roller is generally lower than 60℃. The length and assembly form of the machine can be determined according to user's requirements. The drive device can be an electric drum or a drive device with a drive frame.
