Neoprene Roller is produced by emulsion polymerization, and the production process is mostly single kettle intermittent polymerization. The polymerization temperature is mostly controlled at 40~60℃, and the conversion rate is about 90%. High polymerization temperature, final conversion rate or air (oxygen) in the polymerization process will lead to the degradation of product quality. The molecular weight was adjusted by sulfur-tyluram system. The main drawback of the sulfur-Chulam system is the sulfur bond.|
