When installing the conveyor belt, it is necessary to ensure the motorized roller and the driven roller are in parallel to avoid the deviation of the belt. When the load is running, the tensioning degree of the conveyor belt should be adjusted on the basis of sufficient traction force and no slip of the belt. Make sure that the belt is tensioned evenly, otherwise it will cause the belt to deviate and damage the belt. But at the same time, it should be noted that the belt must not be too tight, otherwise it will lead to excessive noise, overheating of the cylinder, and serious will lead to complete damage to the drum. Therefore, it is of great significance to ensure the uniform belt tension for the normal operation of the drum.

The motorized roller will transfer the heat evenly to the belt by the rotation of the cylinder, and then the belt will dissipate heat. Therefore, the width of the conveyor belt needs to cover more than 2/3 of the width of the cylinder to ensure the normal heat dissipation of the drum. If it is too short, the drum will overheat and cause damage. When the conveyor belt is not installed, it is strictly prohibited to idling the electric roller, otherwise the surface temperature of the cylinder will rise rapidly, and the internal motor can not heat properly, burn the motor and damage the motorized roller.
