Ball Conveyor Belt

The Ball conveyor belt is a kind of unpowered conveyor which makes use of the universal Ball conveyor. Because the goods on the ball can be transported in any direction, so called universal ball conveyor. The conveyor is often used for conveying flat bottom, smooth items, such as pallets. Not suitable for conveying uneven bottom (such as ordinary turnover box), and soft bottom (such as cloth package, etc.). Universal ball conveyor is easy to install (only need to fix the universal ball on the platform), flexible transmission, reliable performance, simple maintenance.

The Ball conveyor belt, often used in tire conveyor line, can realize the rolling (rolling), has simple structure and low cost. The injection-molded Ball mesh belt is assembled into interlocking units by means of plastic hinged pins extending across the entire width of the conveyor belt. This method increases the strength of the Ball conveyor belt and can be aligned to any desired width and length. The baffle plate and the side plate can also be interlocked with hinged pins to become integral parts of the conveyor belt.
