In order to improve the support stiffness of Automatic Rubber Groove roller, the calculation formula of material cross section area is derived, the static load of Automatic Rubber Groove roller is calculated, and the finite element analysis is carried out on this basis. The stress distribution and deformation state of roller structure are obtained. Taking the inclination Angle λ as the design parameter, the support stiffness of Automatic Rubber Groove roller is optimized by FFE algorithm, and the optimization result increases λ to 22. At the same time, the large deformation of Automatic rubber Groove roller is reduced by 20. The support stiffness is increased by 46%, which provides important reference and basis for the structural design of belt conveyor idlers.|
