The high-temperature resistant conveyor belt is made of multi-layer rubber-cotton canvas (terylene cotton) or polyester canvas covered with high-temperature or heat-resistant rubber, which is glued together by high-temperature vulcanization. It is suitable for conveying hot coke, cement, slag and hot castings below 175°C. The conveyor belt plays the role of bearing conveying materials on the conveyor. It is the key equipment that most directly contacts with conveying materials on the conveyor equipment. However, the conveyor belt presents problems. Will directly affect the conveyor operation. Conveyor belt side groove, this is a very common problem, there are two main reasons: one is the formula; The second is technology.
Formula: refers to the formula of the edge glue, its fluidity is poor, and glue and cover glue can not achieve co-vulcanization;
Technology; Refers to the conveyor belt billet forming process, the side of the billet is not clean, the upper glue process is not done according to the request, there is a gap between the edge glue and the billet, resulting in the above problems;
Finally, the vulcanization process: if there is no problem in the above two aspects, in the process of vulcanization, groove width and compression ratio control is not suitable for the side groove and side glue emptying scene.
