1. Preparation before installation
(1) The center line of the frame and the longitudinal center line of the conveyor should coincide, the deviation is not more than 2mm.
(2) The straightness deviation of the center line of the frame should not be greater than 5mm within any 25m length.
(3) The vertical deviation of the support leg of the frame from the ground should not be greater than 2/1000.
(4) The allowable deviation of the distance between the middle frame is plus or minus 1.5mm, and the height difference should not be greater than 2/1000 of the distance.
(5) The transverse center line of the roller and the longitudinal center line of the conveyor should coincide, its deviation is not more than 2mm.
(6) The perpendicularity deviation between the roller axis and the longitudinal center line of the conveyor should not be greater than 2/1000, and the levelness deviation should not be greater than 1/1000.
During the construction period, it is impossible to place a lot of purchased equipment on the construction site. This requires that the equipment to be installed be picked out and marked for hoisting. Before reversion, try to find out all the equipment to be installed and used, a reversion in place, not only save the cost of the car shift, but also improve the work efficiency. After the equipment is transported and lifted in place, the installation site should be investigated to eliminate adverse factors affecting the installation of equipment.
2. Installation of equipment
Whether a belt conveyor can meet the design and installation requirements and run normally and smoothly mainly depends on the installation accuracy of the driving device, drum and tail wheel. Whether the center of the belt conveyor bracket coincides with the center line of the driving device and tail wheel, so the payout during installation is particularly important.
We can use the theodolite to mark the mark between the head (driving device) and the tail (tail wheel), and then use the ink hopper to bounce the line point by point, so that the center line between the head and the tail is connected into a straight line. This method can ensure the high installation accuracy.
(2) Installation of driving device
The driving device is mainly composed of motor, reducer, driving drum, bracket and so on.
First of all, we assemble and place the driving drum and bracket on the embedded plate, place a steel backing plate between the embedded plate and bracket, and use a level to make sure that the levelness between the four points of the bracket is less than or equal to 0.5mm.
Then, find the center line of the driving drum, place the line drop on the center line, adjust the longitudinal and transverse center line of the driving drum to coincide with the center line of the foundation.
In the adjustment of the driving drum elevation, but also consider the motor, reducer elevation adjustment reserve a certain margin. Since the connection between the motor and the reducer has been adjusted on the bracket when the equipment is manufactured, Our task is to find the centering and leveling to ensure the coaxiality of the reducer and the driving drum.
When adjusting, the driving drum is taken as the reference, because the reducer and the driving drum are connected with nylon rod elastic connection, the accuracy of coaxiality can be properly relaxed, adjusted to the radial less than or equal to 0.2mm, the end face is not greater than 2/1000.
(3) Installation of tail wheel
The tail wheel is composed of a bracket and a drum, and the adjustment steps are the same as the driving drum.
(4) Installation of leg, middle frame, idler support and idler
Most of the legs of the belt conveyor are H-shaped, and their length and width are different according to the length and width of the belt and the amount of belt transportation.
Below, we take the leg with a width of 1500mm as an example. The specific operation method is as follows:
First measure out the width of the center line, make a mark.
② Put the leg on the embedded plate on the foundation, drop the vertical line with the line, so that the center line of the width direction of the leg coincides with the center line of the foundation.
(3) Make a mark at any point on the center line of the foundation (generally within 1000mm), and use the mark as the base point to measure the distance between this point and the two legs. According to the principle of isosceles triangle, when the two dimensions are equal, the legs are aligned.
④ The support leg can be welded firmly to install the middle frame. It is made of 10 or 12 channel steel, and a row hole with a diameter of 12 or 16mm is drilled in the width direction of the channel steel, which is used to connect the supporting roller. The intermediate frame and the support leg are connected in the form of welding. The horizontal meter should be used for measurement during installation to ensure the levelness and parallelism of the intermediate frame. The symmetry of the upper row holes of the two channels of steel in the direction of parallelism should be straightened by diagonal measurement, so as to ensure the smooth installation of the idler support and the upward bracket.
⑤ Install the supporting roller on the middle frame, connect it with bolts, and install the supporting roller on the supporting roller. It should be noted that the idlers below the blanking port are four groups of rubber idlers, which play the role of cushioning and shock absorption.
⑥ Install the lower parallel roller and the lower core roller.
3. Installation of accessories and safety devices
The installation of accessories can only be carried out after the belt is placed on the bracket. Accessories include guide chute, empty section cleaner, head cleaner, anti-deviation switch, chute, belt tightening device, etc.
(1) chute and guide chute
The chute is arranged on the blanking port, which is connected with the guide groove, and the guide groove is arranged on the top of the tail belt. The ore material enters the chute through the blanking port, and then enters the guide chute through the chute. The guide chute distributes the ore material in the center direction of the belt to prevent the ore material from bursting.
The empty section cleaner is installed in the belt under the tail of the machine to clean the ore material under the belt.
The head cleaner is installed on the lower part of the head roller to clean the ore material of the upper belt.
(3) tension device
The tensioning device includes spiral tensioning, vertical tensioning, horizontal car tensioning, etc. The screw tension is integrated with the tail bracket, which is composed of nuts and lead screws. It is generally used for short belts. Vertical tension and car tension are used for longer belts.
(4) Install the device
Safety devices include head guard, tail guard, rope switch, etc. The safety device is installed in the rotating part of the belt conveyor, which plays a protective role.
After the operation of the above methods and steps, and to ensure a certain range of accuracy, through the empty load and load test, and to adjust the belt deviation, you can run smoothly and safely.
