1. Joint quality is not up to standard: The joint bonding supervision of conveyor belt is an important part of the process of conveyor belt equipment. The high temperature resistant conveyor belt is made of multi-layer rubber-cotton canvas (terylene cotton) or polyester canvas covered with high temperature resistant or heat resistant rubber, which is bonded together by high temperature vulcanization, suitable for transporting hot coke, cement, slag and hot castings below 175℃. The quality of the joint directly affects whether the conveyance is deformed or not. Broken belt accidents caused by quality problems of vulcanized joints occur from time to time, which not only affect production, but also form personal infringement. The quality of the joint is reflected in the consequences of its use. Therefore, it is important to strictly control the quality of vulcanized joint in the process of transporting belt equipment.
2. No test adjustment is carried out after the completion of the equipment: when the equipment is not run in, the conveyor belt of the new equipment is prone to partial wear. When adjusting, pay special attention to the funnel spice plate, skirt plate, baffle and other parts. Avoid the delivery belt deviation, the occurrence of material and other phenomena. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of the running process of the conveyor belt, so as to avoid blocking large materials and causing moderate wear of the conveyor belt.
3. The length of conveyor belt equipment is not appropriate: whether the new belt equipment or the old belt is exchanged, if the whole conveyor belt equipment is wrongly planned carefully at that time, it is easy to form the situation that the conveyor belt is connected to the long, and the direct result is that the counterweight (heavy hammer counterweight) hits the ground, resulting in starting skid. It is true that there is no problem at that time, and the test run is not a problem, but the configuration position is low. After two or three months of operation, the counterweight sags and the ground is hit when starting. This is because the plastic deformation and elastic deformation of the conveyor belt are not taken into account in the process of the equipment.
