The working principle of the retractable belt conveyor is the same as that of the ordinary belt conveyor. The belt is used as the continuous transportation equipment of the traction bearing machine, but the belt storage device and retracting belt device are added. When the moving trolley moves to the tail end, the belt enters the storage device and the tail retracts; On the contrary, the tail extends, so that the conveyor has telescopic performance.
Folded fixed part:
The fixed part is composed of a head transmission device, a belt storage device, a tape collection device, etc. The non-fixed part is composed of a quick-detachable bracket and tail without bolt connection.
1. Head transmission device
The head transmission device is composed of a transmission reel, a reducer, a hydraulic coupling, a frame, a unloading drum and a cleaner.
The head transmission device is the driving part of the whole conveyor. The two motors transfer the pitch to the two driving drums respectively through the hydraulic coupling and the reducer (two gears can also be connected in series to drive). When the gear is used, a set of motors, hydraulic couplings and reducer should be removed.
Hydraulic coupling is YL-400 type, it is composed of pump wheel, turbine wheel, shell, driven shaft, etc., which is characterized by an auxiliary chamber on the pump wheel side, after the motor starts, the liquid flow enters the studio through the small hole, so that the load can be started more balanced and the motor is close to the hard load start, the shell with 20 mechanical oil, oil filling amount is 14m3, The first stage is arc bevel gear, and the second and third stage are helical and straight gear. The total transmission ratio is 25.564. It is interchangable with SGW-620/40T scraper conveyor.
The driving drum is welded structure, the outer diameter is Φ500 mm, the surface of the drum has a special vulcanized rubber layer, so it has a good effect on improving the friction value between the belt and the drum, preventing slipping and reducing the initial tension.
The unloading end, the head cleaner and the belt type check are convenient for unloading. The front part of the nose is provided with an overstretched unloading arm, which is composed of the unloading roller and the extension frame. The roller is installed on the extension frame, and its axis position can be adjusted by bolts on both sides of the bearing to adjust the deviation of the rubber belt in the head. Therefore, the crushed coal adhering can be removed, and the belt type backstop can prevent the tape from reversing during parking.
The frame is welded structure and assembled by bolts. All the parts of the head transmission device are installed on the frame. The motor and reducer can be installed on the left or right side of the frame, depending on the situation.
2. Belt storage device
Belt storage device includes belt storage bogie, belt storage warehouse frame, reversing drum, roller trolley, swimming trolley, tensioning device, tensioning winch, etc.
The frame of the belt storage device is made of a frame and a bracket connected by bolts. Three fixed reversing rollers are installed on the two rotating frames of the head transmission device, together with two reversing rollers on the moving trolley, for the tape to guide in the reciprocating belt storage device. The shelf is installed on the fixed groove roller and flat roller to support the belt.
The fixed reversing roller is a fixed axle type, which is used for the main bearing tape when the belt storage device is used for belt storage, so that its overhang is not too large. The roller dolly needs to be pulled out or returned by manpower when it changes with the position of the moving car.
The trolley is composed of frame, reversing drum, block, wheel, etc. The pulley assembly is adapted to the other block after the body, and its position can ensure that the body will not be lifted when the force is applied. In this way, it can maintain the stability of the body and prevent the tape on the reversing drum from running off the track.
When the swimming car moves to the left, the tape is released and the fuselage is extended. When the swimming car moves to the right, the tape is stored and the fuselage is shortened. By tightening the swimming car through the wire rope, the tape can get the appropriate tension degree.
At the rear of the belt storage device, there is a tensioning winch, a belt tension indicator and a tension buffer. The function of the tension buffer is to make the conveyor (when starting, the belt always maintains a certain tension, in order to reduce the unappropriateness of the no-load belt and the flapping between the belts).
3. Collect and put the tape device
The retracting and releasing belt device is located at the rear of the tensioning winch, which is composed of a frame, self-aligning roller, reducer, motor and rotating rod, etc. Its function is to add the belt to the conveyor body or remove it from the conveyor body. The two ends and the back end of the frame are each equipped with a rotating rod, which is used to clamp the main belt when the belt is increased or reduced. When working, one end of the reel is pushed into the frame with the tail frame, and the other end is on the top of the reducer shaft. The motor drives the reel through the dial of the reducer shaft, reels the tape and releases the tape. When the tape is released, the motor is not turned on by dragging the reel to reverse. The lifting device should be set above the movable rail to suspend the drum, and the width of the roadway should be widened appropriately according to the specific circumstances to facilitate the operation of the belt income.
