Before using the pattern conveyor belt, it should be checked that the position of the transverse center line of the idler does not coincide with the longitudinal center line of the transmission machine. If the index is more than 3mm, two idler sets should be used for adjustment. The specific adjustment method is to which side of the conveyor belt is biased, which side of the idler set moves forward to the reverse migration or the other side moves backward when the conveyor belt is biased.
