Generally speaking, the grade of heat resistance is not more than 120 degrees Celsius belt, heat resistance is not more than 150 degrees Celsius belt, heat resistance is not more than 180 degrees Celsius belt and so on.
The strength specification model of the pattern conveyor belt is the same as that of the ordinary conveyor belt. Before using the pattern conveyor belt, it should be checked that the position of the transverse center line of the idler does not coincide with the longitudinal center line of the transmission machine. If the index is more than 3mm, two idler sets should be used for adjustment. The specific adjustment method is to which side of the conveyor belt is biased, which side of the idler set moves forward to the reverse migration or the other side moves backward when the conveyor belt is biased.
Head pattern conveyor belt adjustment mode is: if the right side of the conveyor belt runs off, the right side of the roller should be moved forward. On the contrary, if the left side of the conveyor belt runs off, the left side of the roller should be moved forward.
The adjustment mode of the conveyor belt at the tail: the adjustment mode of the tail should be exactly opposite to the adjustment mode of the head.
