1. 2. Ensure that the speed of each group of idlers is consistent with that of the conveyor belt. After installation, arrange a special person to check each set of rollers to ensure that the roller axis line is perpendicular to the conveyor belt. During the period of delivery to trial operation, the staff should make statistics on the speed of each group of idlers, and deal with the idlers with slow speed in time.
3. In order to prevent the conveyor from running off, anti-running off device can be installed on the conveyor every 100m. The device is mainly composed of belt beating start and stop device, anti-run roll and other parts. When the conveyor runs off seriously, the belt jump start and stop device can cut off the power supply of the conveyor immediately and adjust manually. When the conveyor runs off seriously, it can be adjusted by the anti-running off roller.
4. In the daily production process, maintenance personnel should use the maintenance time to maintain the conveyor belt and idlers, and replace the idlers that do not meet the requirements or are damaged in time to ensure the sensitivity of the idlers. Each shift should arrange a special person to observe the materials on the conveyor belt. If there are large materials, anchor bolts and irons, they should be cleaned in time, and an iron remover should be installed every 500m above the conveyor belt.
5. In the lap part of the conveyor belt, the vertical height of the two conveyor belts should not be too large, so as to avoid the impact of the material of the upper conveyor belt on the lower conveyor belt. At the same time, a buffer device is installed in the lap part to reduce the speed of aniseed.
