The longitudinal center line of the frame and the longitudinal center line of the conveyor should coincide, and the allowable deviation is less than or equal to 3mm; The linear deviation of the longitudinal center line of the frame is less than or equal to 5mm in any length; But the center line of the belt is less than or equal to 35mm on the whole length of the conveyor; The perpendicularity deviation of the ground of the frame leg building is 2 ‰; The left and right dislocation deviation and elevation deviation at the rack joints are less than or equal to 1mm. The allowable deviation of the spacing between the two sides of the middle frame is less than or equal to plus or minus 1.5mm; The elevation difference between the two sides of the middle frame is not more than two thousandths of the middle distance.

In the plane perpendicular to the longitudinal center line of the frame, the diagonal deviation of the two sides of the frame is less than or equal to plus or minus 2mm. The horizontal water of the frame is two thousandths of the width. The tail is provided with an empty section cleaner, and the head of the belt conveyor is provided with a spring cleaner. The distance between the cleaner and the conveyor belt should not be more than 2-3mm with sufficient pressure, and the contact length should be more than 85%.
