The head frame is affected by the gravity of all the devices supported by it and the resultant force of the conveyor belt on it, which is mainly divided into horizontal direction. Angle steel, channel steel and I-beam steel can be used to form the head frame of the belt conveyor. The selection of these steel profiles will depend on the size of the head frame. The head frame of the belt conveyor can be divided into the following three types:
1, ordinary head frame, small belt conveyor often uses this head frame form, its structure is simple, used to support the head of the transmission drum, unloading baffle and unloading groove;
2, with the head frame, compared with the common form, the arrangement of the form to increase the support of the surface of the drum.
3. The double drum drives the head frame of the conveyor, and the head frame is supported by three diamond shaped rubber wrapping drums, unloading baffle, unloading trough and external rubber cleaner.
